Our Shipping and Refund policies may change from time to time and therefore it is recommended to keep a record of policy statement before you purchase the trailer. By purchasing an item from Big Trailer Warehouse Townsville, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions of warranty as set out herein.

Warranty

Big Trailer Warehouse sell (including but not limited to) range of single axle and tandem axle trailers, its spare parts or repairs as applicable and acceptable by both parties. Our range includes imported galvanised trailers and Australian Build / manufactured trailers in various types and sizes. Our trailers for sale covers 12 months manufacturer warranty for domestic and commercial use. For commercial purposes customers are expected to opt for Heavy Duty or Commercial Heavy Duty Range. The trailers are expected to use within the load capacity limit. Commercial use of our light duty and domestic duty trailers is not recommended. Our warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers all products against defective materials or workmanship. Please note warranty does not cover a product damaged due to improper maintenance, misuse or abuse, accident, external influences such as water and fire.

RETURNS

The warranty does not include providing services, repairs, inspection at customers end. Customer need to bring the trailer to our premise for any inspection, repair or replacement. Customers are explicitly explained to thoroughly inspect the trailer before processing any final payment. If any fault or shortcoming is found then it has to be reported within 7 days of pickup of trailer from our yard. Consequently customer would be requested to bring the trailer in our yard for any repair, inspection or replacement required.

Customers are requested to retain their respective sales invoice as a proof of purchase and must be presented when making a warranty claim. Any faulty Trailer must be returned to Big Trailer Warehouse for warranty work to be done. In case of replacement of trailer, faulty trailer is to be returned first to arrange for replacement. In some cases replacement of trailer may take time as it is to be built in our factory which may take time.
